Luxury Elderly Care in Singapore: $8k to $13k/Month at PerennialLiving (2026)

Singapore is witnessing a revolution in eldercare with the launch of Perennial Living, the country's first private assisted living project. This ambitious initiative aims to redefine senior living, offering not just care but a vibrant community for the elderly to thrive.

A New Vision for Senior Living

Perennial Living, developed by Perennial Holdings, is more than just a facility; it's a holistic ecosystem designed to enhance the quality of life for seniors. With a focus on integrated medical care, hospitality, and meaningful experiences, it sets a new benchmark for private eldercare.

What makes this project particularly fascinating is its timing. As Singapore's population ages, there's a growing need for innovative solutions. Perennial Living's vision is timely and ambitious, aiming to provide an independent and purposeful lifestyle for seniors.

Luxury Assisted Living

The project spans an impressive 195,000 sq ft and features a range of amenities, including the Perennial Wellness center, offering medical care and TCM services, alongside five-star hospitality and dining. The assisted living apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedroom suites, start at a premium price of $8,000 to over $13,000 per month.

These apartments are designed with high-end features, including smart technologies for safety and convenience. The assisted living package includes a range of services, from accommodation and housekeeping to access to social activities and fitness equipment.

Nursing Home and Outpatient Services

Phase two of the project includes a 100-bed nursing home, offering 24/7 nursing support and specialized care. The nursing suites package starts from about $7,600 per month and includes additional medical services and support.

Perennial Wellness is also open to the public as an outpatient facility, providing a range of medical and rehabilitation services, including Western and TCM treatments. This integrated approach to healthcare is a unique feature of Perennial Living.

Memory Care and Therapeutic Spaces

One of the most innovative aspects of Perennial Living is its focus on dementia care. Inspired by Perennial Holdings' Alzheimer's Care Village in Xi'an, China, the facility offers TCM therapies and non-drug interventions for dementia patients.

The memory care living spaces are designed with therapeutic elements, including a Music Bus, Travel Shop Bus, and a traditional-style garden with a bus stop and postbox. These unique features aim to provide a stimulating and familiar environment for residents living with dementia.

A Community-Centric Approach

Perennial Living's vision extends beyond physical care; it aims to build a community where seniors can continue to live independently and with purpose. The facility's design and amenities, including The Olive restaurant and a range of social activities, contribute to this community-centric approach.

In my opinion, this project represents a significant shift in how we approach eldercare. By prioritizing quality of life, independence, and community, Perennial Living sets a new standard for senior living, offering a model that could inspire similar initiatives globally.
